You might have to grind your throttle cable bracket a little bit so one of the fuel rail bolts won't hit it.

You will have to relocate the IAT. I put mine into the bottom of my air filter housing.

The fuel line that comes with the kit is a real pain to install correctly. I put a rubber fuel hose on after two attempts at getting that plastic one to seal and it worked fine but I ended up changing it after getting a little insight from another member about regular rubber and ethanol-laced gas. His truck was having issues with the fuel injectors for a bit and when he did a close inspection he noticed rubber debris floating around in the gas coming out of his injectors. He suggested this fuel line http://www.goodyearep.com/productsdetail.aspx?id=5144 because it is lined with Fluoroelastomer/Nitrile and that doesn't break down when it's in contact with gas. I'm pretty sure I saw that same hose at Advance or Autozone a while back.

If you don't use the plastic hose (if you can't get it to seal) then you should also use the fuel injection clamps and not plain band clamps because they make a better seal.

Okay here are my problems .... Clogged lifter , temp guage reading 200 with a180 tstat, oil guage shows 20 at idle and 40 driving it kind of flicks at 20. Truck runs smooth sounds smooth except for the lifter tap which it's just clogged . I have done the pleneum gasket fix but only with another gasket I was broke now I'm not that's why I'm thinking FI AIR GAP any ideas ?

Test oil pressure, and compression before you start taking stuff apart. See what the general condition of the motor is before committing to any course of action.
