probably but the atf plus 4 is 5.00 a quart in my area
my dipstick says i can use dextron 2 will it work

No, Dodge changed their minds at some point... and ONLY recommends ATF +4.

Do you not have a pick n pull? Trannys there are only $120 and come with a 30 day warranty.

There are a few pick n pulls here in Ohio. Go to there site and see if one is close to you. I know there are ones in east cleveland, west cleveland, akron/canton. Im not sure where else off hand.
