Also check the vacuum lines on the top side of the transmission Tail. They come loose sometimes.

There are no vacuum lines on the tranny.

the TV cable is good will try the throttle position sensor. did find out i had a holley throttle body spacer.

TB Spacer? Get rid of it. All it does is make changing your air filter harder. The throttle bodies themselves were also made by Holly.

i was thinking that the problem could be the governor pressure sensor and solenoid.

This is a possibility. Dropping pan and checking condition of fluid ion bottom of pan can be a good indicator. Sludge in bottom )(more than just on the magnet) would indicate that it is gumming up with crud on the sensor or solenoi. You cna remove and clean them to see if that helps.
