Default Throttle Body Spacer = Go or No Go?

Are Throttle Body Spacers worth it? This thing had one on it when I bought it, with a K&N CAI. Is it doing anything other than taking up space?

Its already on it. The crappy thing is that I have never owned a dodge. Switching from ford, for this truck atleast. I dont know how it drove before the stuff was on. I am just going to have to go off of what people say on here. Which I believe, cause so far everyone seems to know their stuff and have helped plenty.

There was a huge argument in another thread about throttle body spacers, seeing how these trucks aren't throttle body injected spacers should do nothing but lighten the wallet.

Won't get any flaming from me.....

The CAI's ONLY advantage is, it MIGHT flow a bit better than stock. It still draws air from the EXACT same place the stock system did.

haha well thanks. Im just glad it was on it when I bought it and I didnt pay for the stuff. I have spent probably way too much time on here looking at the 1000000000 posts about the plenum fix. It is first on the list. Other than take that hideous brush guard and stupid little step off, lifting, which comes after d60's and gears is next. Unless anyone has any advise on other do's first. I am all ears. You all know more about dodges than this guy.
