I really have been enjoying the truck... I have 3-400 miles on the swap so far. I added 2500 springs and shocks last night, looks and rides like a truck should

I haven't gotten any mileage figures yet since I still have gotten the wider diesel tank filler... I have been just tossing in 5-10 gallons at a time when it gets to 1/4 tank.

We had temps in the negative yesterday so idk when I'll be able to get a true mileage figure with unblended #2

Well just a heads up, MOST #2 has 5-15% biodiesel blended in. And it won't say that on the pump... You just have to know the places reputation.

Why stop with the pics now here's my disaster with stripping the threads on the track bar flag nut. Had to grind it open to get an open ended 21mm wrench on it!!! What a pain, but thats my luck......

Does it have a intake heater yet? Also get a GOOD video and YouTube it! I can just imagine... Says V8 Magnum on the side but really has a Cummins turbo in it ... LOL... Had any people give you strange looks yet?

I like the biodiesel for its added lubricity that new ULSD lacks. I add a little additive to make up for its tendency to gel quicker

Lol most don't look twice but I've gotten a couple over the shoulder stares

It sucks because I work 10hrs a day so I can really only make a daylight video on the weekends... Ive said this for weeks, but I'm gonna try and get a ride along vid along with a small burnout, maybe a boring one on ice now that the snow might be here to stay...

I also havent added anything but a block heater yet. It started pretty hard at 25F without being plugged in and smoked like freight train lol. The second battery I added in parallel really helped the cranking speed though

Im glad those springs worked for ya man... What did it get you about an extra 2 inches? Hopefully it fixed your clearance issues for good..

I put a tape on it before and after and gained close to 2 inches. Can really feel the difference sliding in and out of the drivers seat.

Hopefully it doesnt affect the mileage that much. My final gear ratio is 2.44 which is plenty tall especially with 30" tires. I havent won any 0-60 races yet

I understand this is about fuel economy, but how well does it move that weight? 4bts only make like ~130 horsepower stock dont they?
