I will eventually rebadge it, I just don't want to run around with ghost images on the door so I'll probably have it touched up by a body shop when I do...
And it does alright, its pretty much a dog when comparing 1/4 times. But in the real world it does fine. When I'm cruising at 1600 rpm I'm making around 265lbs of torque where the gasser made up to 330- BUT at literally over twice the rpm (3250).
"Horsepower may sell cars on the lot but torque is what wins races"
All joking aside, I'm satisfied

Ha ha I would imagine any shop with a welder and a basic torch can pull the swap off. I relied pretty heavily on the world wide web for answers.
Heck here's how absolutely green I was before hand:
-never changed a ujoint
-understood how vacuum works
-changed power steering fluid or pump
-never wired (in a vehicle) anything more than a fuel pump or stereo
-never lifted a bed or taken a hood off
-never removed an engine, trans, or tcase
-never flushed a radiator
-no welding experience (had my buddy from work weld on my engine mounts after I measured them and drilled two holes in each to receive mounts)
-and I did 95% of the work alone and almost always with beer in hand
---the list goes on. Granted it took me much much longer due to the steep learning curve but I guess everyone starts somewhere![Big Grin](https://dodgeforum.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
And as for the fuel, I can imagine I will only be tickled with the free fuel/timing adjustments and an intercooler to help the temps

So its been a while but I thought Id add in what Ive been up to. I just cant leave the truck alone! right around 1k on the highway still no vids or mpg lol!
I have a 3" mandrel bent downpipe, 3" over the back axle to a 4" black chrome tip sitting on the shop floor... I havent put it on yet but looks like the trans filler will be fine where its at... Intercooler in the works, finding a cheap setup that will hopefully bolt in easy-ish
Im having some EGT issues and lag, so Im going to swap the huge exhaust housing for a smaller 12cm housing.. Quicker spool and better cruising temps are what Im shooting for. My baby h1c should be fine on the inducer/compressor side. If not ill probably sell the baby and switch to a hx30w
So I have been really procrastinating on the down pipe seeing how I might be switching it up to a shorter ex housing anyway. Im getting a flexible braided pipe addded in so hopefully it will be somehwat adjustable
heres my current ex housing, going smaller and heres an example of the flex braid
