thanks guys great advice and links really helped out alot found some odessa heads on ebay for $565 for both with everything, now we got that out of the way should i get some new head bolt and push rods

For a little more money you can buy their monster heads with 2.02 valves

would switching to a roller rocker are set up cause me to have to go with a different lifter set up too

The harland sharp non-adjustable rockers (in 1.7 ratio...) are a direct bolt on replacement for the stock stamped steel fellers.

anything else i can do with i got it all pulled apart the free up some extra horses

Did you change timeing set? If not, do that and use double roller chain.

Port match everything along the way while putting it back together.. every 10cfm through the engine adds a pony.. you can likely open up 160cfm through the engine for some noticeable gain in the neighborhood of 20hp..

+1 on port matching. I would polish ports as well. I have always done both on any engine I have rebuilt.

but what did you do on the intake side since its not direct injected

anyone know of a good website to look this stuff up on summitracing.com doesnt really have alot of stuff for mopars newer than 91'
