now power high oil presure
It has now power like its not firing all cylinders but starts fine it has high oil pressure and sounds like something is rattling around in the motor

That's not good...... getting any codes? (cylinder misfire chiefly....) Might not hurt to check the plugs, and do a compression test.

Its firing all cylinders but its like its being ckoked... exhaust valve stuck?

Its got that rattling around though. It will rev in neutral but in gear it just dies like its getting choked out. It is running kinda hot

in order to check clogged cat, un screw the o2 sensor after the cat, see if it runs fine then, if it does then its the cat.

You want to remove the O2 in FRONT of the cat.
