so how do you fix the codes because I've already swapped my transmission over to a manual.

Trans codes? You either have to get a pcm out of a manual trans truck, or, have yours flashed with the correct program.

ya i bought one from a yard. they said it was from a manual but i done think it is. the onl other thing i can think of doing is the wiring hardness. becouse its still the auto.

You need the pcm and harness from the donor, not just the pcm...
