Default clunk feeling when stop and take off.

So I did some research and looked into that stuff but its not my problem : ( when I stop I feel a clunk in the steering wheel and in the pedal and I feel the same thing when I take off. I'm confused because I'm not a noob and I also have a lot of automotive knowledge the only thing I can think it is would be the steering shaft from column to gear box any help is appreciated thanks guys

Take a look at this http://rocksolidramtrucksteering.com/

If you're feeling a clunk in the brake pedal that could be another problem with the brakes themselves or a bad hub bearing.

Thanks ill check into that more. And all new bearings, ball joints, tie rods and breaks so that's why I'm confused. It's mainly in the column kinda like the column moves in and out but its tight trust me its not moving in or out. Any more info or if anyone else is having this problem please help me explain what I'm feeling to others

If 4x4 check the lower shock bolts also. Should be torqued to (iirc) 105 ft/lb.

Other thoughts: brakes secured, body mounts, trackbar mount, swaybar, etc.

Control arm bushings at the frame end should also be checked.
