Default Still no brakes pressure

So, after buying a new brake line going from the front of the truck to the back distribution block i still have no brakes, here is what i am noticing,
when depressing the brakle pedal there is little pressure, at the halfway point there is a skip and then i hear the brake booster spring bounce or release and the pedal continues to the floor with no pressure.
Next while bleeding and it took a long time to do, i had very little fluid coming out of the rear wheel cylinders after they were bled.
i checked the one way valve and it is working properly only allowing air flow one way, and the hose is good shape.
Brake calipers, all lines even the rubber ones, wheels cylinders, and pads and shoes are brand new, even the brale fluid is brand new.
Could it be a bad brake booster?

Did not see anything in there about the master cylinder. Have you checked that? You could have shifted the proportioning valve and now no pressure is being appplied to the rear system, only the front.

check the power steering fluid level and all ps lines and hoses for leaks and restrictions before diagnosing a a booster problem..

you can put a hand held vacuum pump on the booster and see if it will hold pressure, that will tell you right away if the booster is bad, should only take about three or four squezes and then hold that vacuum if it is good

Truck has brand new master cylinder in it as well bled that then put new brale lines in and bled those.
I did install a new power steering line from the steering block to cooler, but how is that to relate to to brake pressure.
Truck is a 98 5.2l 4x4 crew cab. With rear abs.
Adjusted rear brakes to here there is minimal space between drum cover and pads

They are not related, so no worries there.

How did you adjust the rear brakes? Do you have slots in the back plate so you can adjust them? 98, maybe not.

Put the drums and wheels on and tighten the adjusters until you can't turn the tire by hand. This will center the shoes. Then back off on the adjusters until you have a small amount of drag. Try that. If you have the same prob and don't a vac pump, then try checking the booster in this manner. http://www.ehow.com/how_7507543_test...-boosters.html
