Default cant stop shaking(long post) really need help

Ok so in past threads I mentioned I had a shake...first thought it was maybe a miss then ruled that out..its too the point now its really driving me nuts so nuts that Im ready to sell my bike if need be to fix it so this is what Ive got going on...95 ram 1500 125xxx when Ai bought it almost 2 yrs ago now around 130,always had a little shake but nothing to bad.I put new front shocks on 2.5 leveling kit&35s with a 3 in body lift the old steering shaft was froze fully extend got a replacement off of a 2500 if I recall..only diffrence is it has a rag joint on it , since then its got worse&worse. When I did the body lift I didn't tac in the 2 steel blocks for the bed..I have a welded but theres some cancer in the bed I need to address first.
Ok well no miss...motor mounts are fine. Just had the tires balanced&new track bar thought the tires getting balanced fixed it but didn't,Ive had 3 shops look@it this week they said they cant find any issues except the shop that did the track bar said I have memory steer&my left upper camber is out of spec 2 degrees&I need adjustable ball joints to correct but said they dont know if its causing the issue&that the 2° isn't that bad.Found it all out when they did the alignment.
I do know I need a new steering gear box because I have slop&the steering shaft turns with the wheel&the wheels dont,if I try to adjust it Itll just make the truck pull more to the left or right depending.I need this fixed I saved the cash up to re gear&dont wanna do that till I get this fixed.I drove a 95 7.3 f350 with 12 inches of lift with 38s on 24s tonite...no slop&was smooth Im almost ready to trade my gbody for it.What could it be they've said ball joints are good as u joints..btw seems to shake worst around 60 gutted cat plugs wires cap rotor all done recent Ive checked the plugs&gap.plenum has been addressed. Is there someone that sells every bushing I need?Im really @my wits end I wont even take my kids in it Ive got a old Honda 3 wheeler runs smoother on the trails then this.Sorry so long&criticize me bust my nads I don't care long as you can help&if your close to me in Missouri help me get it fixed&Ill give ya 20 hours of body work....patch panels to powder coating you name it!

I think you need to invest more time in describing the shake; is it only felt in the steering wheel or is more in the entire body; cab; seats..

Oh I can't believe I wrote that long post&didn't do that sorry, its like this if I have the middle seat/console down&like yesterday I had a tape measure sitting there it shakes the whole time.&you can see the 4x4 shifted shakingmm.feels like its coming from underneath the floor&feels like a up&down bounce.Like Im feeling every single bump in the road.&it also feels like its shaking from left to right but almost certain its from under the floor...someone said that inch or so of slop In the gear box could be traveling up from it causing vibrations?

Does the 4x4 Shifter do it when parked and idling? What about when in gear at a stop? Anything like that?

No only while driving and mostly at around 60 or 70.

Had a front wheel bearing go recently, after replacing within 200 miles the nut that holds the hub/rotor against the spindle backed off. Coffee was jumping out my cup in cup holder at speeds of 55 to 70 mph. Drove another 200 miles like that and shook all the way, worse than when the bearing was going out. Just an idea. Ball joints?

Those old 3 wheelers are a death trap..illegal to sell in most states if not all I believe.
Start with tires, driveshaft issues will increase with speed..but if it is within a specific range you can rule that out..driveshafts u-joints can cause a vibe..Any noises? One piece style driveshaft? I'd start there then stuff like axle bearing(s), bent axle
shaft(s), excess pinion yoke run out..
