I have done everything suggested in this thread several times over. I really need to get my truck runnin please if you can help let me know

What voltage were you getting from the signal wires for the various sensors AT the PCM?

2.2 from the pcm. BUT I put the pcm on a buddies truck identical to mine and it fired and ran perfect.

That seems really strange. What is your battery voltage at? Is it fully charged?

Given that you have changed most of the sensors, and the PCM is evidently good, that leaves a wiring issue......

Its a mew battery and its around the 12.6 to 12.8 range. I did replace the engine harness but I'm havin trouble as were to look from there as in the cab or chassis wires. Idl I'm not good with electronics

yeah, electrical can be fun..... still have the old harness? If ya do, I would inspect that one thoroughly, make sure everything is good, and put it back on.

I do but a mechanic that was workin on it screwed up one of the plugs that go into the cpu and got all the wire ends out of place then he left

Peachy.

Check fuse 9 in the fuse block on the side of the dash. Replace it, even if it looks good.

Ok will do ill update tomorrow. ? Would the " no link" with pcu be on the same circuit or a totally dif problem? Thanks for the help hey you

I do believe the diag port also gets power from there.... I think....
