thats what i was thinking. Just didn’t want to admit it with only 3 miles on this rebuild.

That sucks and not in a good way. It's got me wondering if the cooling system was already full of crap. It is now, anyway.

If possible, toss the transmission cooling system out along with the fragged transmission and install new. Radiators are cheaper than transmissions, and surer than merely flushing the thing and hoping for the best.

Ok talked with a local shop that I know well he agreed that it sounds like the pump. He only wants $300 to tear it down, clean it and inspects it and put a new pump in. I’m going to give it a try he said that if it’s too bad then he will only charge $100 for the tear down and inspection.

Thanks didn’t think of that my Trans cooler is cheap so easier to swap then clean anyway.
