I haven't found any Ken doll hats yet, but I still haven't found the noise. The bushings all looked to be pretty good.

I'm really thinking it's under the cab area now, as I notice it in the floorboard when I hit the bumps. I'm going to crawl under it this evening and check the transmission mounts and cab mounts, etc.

Thanks for the info!

Do you have steps on your truck? Mine have been a little noisy since I took them off and put them back on.

No, no steps. I was under it again last night checking and still can't find anything. Since I don't have a lift, I'm going to put the frame on jack stands and see if maybe it's something in the suspension.

I'm clueless at this point. It's a good truck, but I'm starting to get aggravated...
