Maybe center it on the tailgate under the handle? The plastic on the tailgate kind of limits placement anywhere else on the back.

Yeah mine never had the deathflash either. But i like the 91 tune pretty good. I can take off and spin the wheels sitten still sometimes but i have pretty small tires. I can spin them good when I'm turning from a stop though. I'm sure i won't be able to do that when i put 33s on though. But I'm curious of whether or not i want to try the 93 tune out.
