I'm gonna go replace it now. Can I post pics from a phone? The problem is its a dark green truck so it's hard to see contrast of the oil on the paint it's basically just all shiny

Nope. Need photobucket or something of that nature.

but you can get the photobucket app and then upload the pic, and copy and paste the img link in a thread.

Yeah. That is seriously messed up.

It looks like there is some on the manifolds too. You sure you can't see anything seeping out from the V/C?

Yeah I literally wiped them down and there's no oil at the valve cover

Well, pull the oil filter and replace it.
That's the only thing left on that side that could cause it.

^ This. The trans coolant lines are over there too.
