Start the truck up, have a friend sit in the drivers seat, put it in gear, and hold the brake.... see if you see any fluid spraying. Or, I suppose, you could put it in neutral, and set the parking brake/block the wheels.....
That's why I'm so lost there's not very many places that much oil can spray from. I already tried getting it to spray in the driveway the only time it works is if you get on the road and stomp on it and rev it out through every gear

only other place i can think of would be posibly a crack in the head were the oil is under presure when it gos up threw the head before it gets to the valves... but still thinking timing chain cover

No pressurized oil there... valve train is lubricated thru the pushrods. Those don't really flow all that much. I don't think valve covers, or head gaskets are the issue.

Is your PCV system intact? Or do you have aftermarket valve covers?

No need to pull anything to check for leaks. What about the crankshaft seal? (front of the timing cover)
