Default Lurching Forward

When I start my truck sometimes it will make a noticeable kind of lurch forward, almost like something just freed up. No so much to put any real strain in the drivetrain.

Just wondering what it could be, or maybe it's "normal behavior"

I've never had this happen in the Ram, but it did happen a couple of times in my old Blazer. I was in a turning lane with my foot on the brake and she just started lurching forward, I could STAND on the brake and it will still move forward. Crazy.

Interested to see what you find.

I should have been more specific. It happens when I start the truck, sometimes it'll just lurch forward an inch or so like there is some kind of stress being released.

As soon as you start it? Or after you start it, and put it in gear?
