Yeah, I always felt like my 360 was a little under powered for the weight of my pickup. Although I did hear that the V10's sound funny.

I'd love to take a crack at 5 speed v10 too.

Yeah, they have a bit of a buzz saw sound due to the way the engine fires. It's like having a 4 and 6 cylinder running at the same time. You don't notice it as much with the stock exhaust.

Stock with the 93 tune. My truck makes all the power I need. Although I really wouldn't mind finding one of those Mopar 'purple' cams. It adds something like 40 or 50 more Lb/ft of torque at the same rpm band. Now that would be worth the effort.

That would be sweet. I didn't know Mopar had a purple cam for the v10's. I wonder about regrinding the stock cam, could one get similar results with that and of course the pushrods to go along with it.

It's just a Mopar performance cam not a purple cam and the part number is P4510171 $705.00 not hard to find just order one.

Performance Camshaft

Direct drop in replacement, same as used in Viper Competition Coupe. Recommend for use with performance exhaust and controller. Camshaft lift = .320", Duration: intake 220 @ .050" , exhaust 230.5 @ .050", centerline = 117 degrees.
P4510171 SRT10 - V10

That's for the SRT10 with the Viper motor. Different animal all together. Mopar hasn't made the Magnum V10 cam in years. I believe it's part number P4876060

Plus the V10 has more horsepower then a stock 12v, and from what info I've found some of the stock 24v's, depending on model...

He's referring to tuning or flashing the pcm for 93 octane fuel using either a superchips tuner or an sct from hemifever. these tuners remove the "death flash" and really help the magnum engines
