He's referring to tuning or flashing the pcm for 93 octane fuel using either a superchips tuner or an sct from hemifever. these tuners remove the "death flash" and really help the magnum engines
I still cannot fathom why Chrysler saw it fit to use the death flash instead of fix the issue. Then again my dealership uses steel backed gaskets when they fix the occasional plenum.
