I've done all the tune up things and I still get like 11-12.

Could be my foot though, it runs so well now.

I get 11-12 usually, all town/rural road driving, engine is completely stock, plan on fixing stuff and tuning it up when it warms up some.

Yeah it does sound like your foot is running well . Here's a tip: Let up on the foot a little. You might jump at the results...
