Default 98 1500 Brake Issue

I've read some other threads concerning this, but not quite what I have.
My brake lights are staying on, except when I use the signal lights. If I hit the left, the left brake light goes out, and right, right brake light goes out. Flashers on, both lights go out. ABS and brake light on dash are staying on as well.

Replaced the brake switch on the pedal about 5 months ago, have checked all fuses under the hood and on dash. I'm no mechanic, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Yes, you just didn't read the warnings at the top of the page telling you where to post.

Brake lights are also wired thru the turn signal switch. Pull the covers off the steering column, and have a look at the wiring.
