Trying to get rid of the 96 but having some starting issues. Starts just fine cold and hot(first start of day and if you shut it off for under 10min) it will fire up first crank. If its sat for say 10min-5 or 6hrs it fires then dies then just cranks tiull it unfloods iself. It is dumping WAYYYY to much fuel in. I am also getting about 3mpg. zero drivability issues as well. No codes.. I did a full tune up(plugs, plug wires, cap and rotor). Took it to dodge and had them test fuel pressure, link down test, injectors, clean the inj and scan the truck. they said they did all the testing they can do and all sensors and all readings came back good. i myself tested the IAC, tps, MAP, replaced coolant temp sensor, and the 02 sensors. no change what so ever. So whats next? I also seafoamed it and ran more seafoam in the tank. Reset pcm..etc. I am at a loss as well is dodge and my old man. plenum is not blown to bad(meaning its not sucking oil and not pinging and the pan is fairly clean and has been). btw temps down sub zero at night all the way up to 20s. so cold night fires great.. and when hot it fires great, but warm is a no go..

That is the last link left in the chain.... if the PCM is getting good data, but it is still burning that much gas, something is seriously awry..... I would be sore tempted to get one from the junkyard, not worry about flashing it, and see if it doesn't improve things at all, if it does, THEN get it flashed.
