Default truck stalls and wont idle

Ok so my truck won't idle I goes from 500rpm to 1500 and sometimes stalls out when I put it in gear, it runs good after I drive it for 30mins and it warms up but otherwise it won't idle or accelerate. I've replaced the PCM the crank sensor, distributer, cam sensor, all the plugs, wires, and the coil. And still don't know what's wrong with it, also it make a rattling noise when im driving but goes away when it warms up any advice would be great!

A failing alternator not keeping the battery charged will make it not idle right. Or just a battery that's not holding a good charge will too. Try cleaning and tightening the battery cables and check your voltage at start up.
After reading your post again, try cleaning the iac on the back of the throttle body as well.

You replaced everything that has nothing to so wtih the idle.... IAC most likely needs to be cleaned. Why woulod you replace the distributor? Did you have fuel sychn set after that?

Ya thats because the idle isnt my only problem. it has lack of power and seems to miss every now and then! and i had the distributor replaced because the cam sensor was going, and it should be cuz i had it done by my local shop

So waht about IAC and TPS? And cam sensor can be replaced without pulling distributor. But what is done is done. Did you have the fuel synch set? How is your plenum? Is the idle the only problem now?

I'm not sure I think they would have known to do that though, what is the plenum?
