compression test results (not good)

Default compression test results (not good)

so this is my results of my compression check in my truck

passenger side from front to back is 140 145 120 125
drivers side from front to back is 130 127 132 145

guess its cummins time for me

those numbers actually arent that bad. are those wet, or dry tests?

In the overall scheme of things, and considering the age of the truck, those numbers are actually pretty good. Leak down test wouldn't hurt. See where it's going. Might be able to just swap heads, and bring them up even more.

Run some Mopar combustion cleaner though it and then re test. No not Seafoam.

did you do the test with the throttle held wide open?

Nope just used a regular ol compression tester with memory on it shows how high it went

You're suppose to hold the throttle wide open while doing the test. That can affect your readings.

Well Im bout gonna bother doing it again. Tore a band new plug wire end out of it

Yes sir it is, but I have found it at other stores as well just have to hunt for it on the shelves. Great product.
