Default crank but no start 96 ram 1500

i have a 1996 ram 1500 5.2 M/T the truck cranks but will not start.. original codes were p0 1 2 3 p0351. i tested the TPS and the CPS bother turned out good results...i have spark and correct fuel pressure. also i cleared all of the trouble codes and attempted to Test the ECM by disconnecting the DIST. and the CPS and cranking it attempting to throw new codes but with no results. anyone have any ideas? i need to know how to either test the ECM or if you think it may be something else. also checked timing and it is correct

Are you getting spark at the plugs? Have you tried holding the gas on the floor and cranking it? What does your oil smell like?

Got a scanner? Plug in, and see what the ECM thinks engine temp is.

Check all your grounds, on the engine, and for the PCM, and make sure battery is fully charged.
