Before you go buyin a brand new trans I would try unpluggin that downstream 02 sensor, but definitely have your money saved up cause if its still actin up after that then its probably on its way out.

Electrical gremlins. If heater circuit is on same circuit as trans sensors, and there is an issue..... it translates to multiple issues.

Downstream 02 sensor is on same circuit as governor pressure sensor and solenoid, and if it shorts out it can put trans into limp mode, ... no 1st gear and will show up as p1762 and or p1763.

Exactly I actually put a post up cause I had not seen too much about it and hoped maybe it'd help some people out. But definitely try it, and hopefully that can save you a couple $'s. It's well worth the time to just crawl under there and unplug it.
