That is a factory trans. cooling setup, sure does not look like any of the lines have been replaced. Its been awhile since I got rid of my hose with the check valve in it but I thought mine looked different on the end that comes from steel trans. line??

It's entirely possible that 94 and 95 didn't have one.

Wow. Neat. Is the line swage-clamped to the hard line there? Or is there a flare nut?

Looks like factory lines with no flare nuts to me. Maybe the RH tranny doesn't reguire it. Either that or it took 3 or so years for them to decide it did.

Yeah, that's what it looks like to me too.... I was hoping for a simply hose swap for the check valve delete.... Ah well.

Well PATC used to have one. No longer available I guess. That why drilling it out with a 5/16" bit is the easiest and least expensive way to do it.

I already replaced mine with some hose, and couple clamps. Didn't think to just drill it out.... also, IIRC, it was leaking at the crimps....

Yea, the PATC replacement was nice. new hose, quick connect end and crimp end. Just like OEM without the CV.

Only thing you will notice is after it has sat for an appreciable length of time, it won't want to move well for a few seconds after you first put it in gear. After that, you won't notice anything different.
