I can't remember - have you checked band adjustment? If not, get an in pd torque wrench.

I have not checked band adjustment yet, was gonna do it all together.


Actually, since I already have the BW Solenoid on the way, I may just change those out and see how it responds before messing with the band, since I don't have to drop the pan to adjust that band...

If I do it all together and my problem is fixed I won't know what the solution was.

Front band can be adjusted with pan on, not so much so on the rear..

I adjusted the crap out of the rear band to fix my reverse issue, don't really wanna mess with that if I don't have to.

Yea, it was scary!

I had to tighten the adjustment screw a long way before it got tight.

How much of the adjusting screw on the rear band (and front band for that matter )are sticking out past the lock nut? Pics please.

you got a drain plug? if so you can catch, filter, reuse your expensive $6+/quart atf fluid. otherwise - its awfully expensive to needlessly dump almost new fluid.
