I was originally planning to install a transgo kit in it and swap out VB in mine (Sure Cure Kit + a little custom machining I did) and do a real time comparison between the two. Time and money thing.... But tranny shops want too damn much money for VB in their junk piles to do a lot of experimentation..

So I swore I ordered the one I linked to, but my eBay page is saying I bought this one instead:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/320953211908...84.m1497.l2649

Which says to only go up to 1999.

Thought I bought this one:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/High-Perform...7e191d&vxp=mtr

Which starts at 2000.

Which one do I need? And why is this so hard?

Thanks for confirming. I don't think it's shipped yet so I emailed the seller.

Yep. Connector is only difference as size is the same. THer eis probably no logic in why they changed it other than possibly changed vendor.

And "shipped" usually means label printed. Still try to contact them to get swapped.

I emailed him, told him I needed the other part, all he did was say it has shipped. And it's already with USPS.

Well I got the part today, it's the wrong part. Emailed the seller and asked to exchange for the right one.

New BW Solenoid should be here by Tuesday, picked up ATF+4 (7qts) and a drain plug. If there isn't anything surprising in the pan or too much crap (hopefully) I'll just reuse the filter/gasket as it's fairly new.

Transmission has been behaving much better lately, so that gives me hope it was just clogged up solenoid/screen...
