Would a 95 360 work for my 99 I can get the computer for the 95 or would it be different all the way around?

95 would drop right in, hook right up, and run just fine on the 99 computer. There would just be an extra temp sensor that you wouldn't be hooking up.

Use the accessories off your old motor, provided they are still working. New water pump though.... (and the other things you mentioned.)

As well as starter. Just want to get my ducks in a row. I got a lead on a jy 360 with 70,000 miles for 550.
