ok my 99 dodge ram will not stay started. ok lets get this all out of the way.

all below have been replace in the last 6 months to a year.
complete tune up
plenum repair
all sensors are dealer Mopar/ other then pick up coil in distributor witch has not been touched.
all coolant
battery
starter
radiator.
Fuel pump is kicking on.
ignition coil NAPA.

I have 3,500 that I have saved up. no its not a tax refund.
This was to go to a new transmission, and a paint job . and fix some of the visual abuse that I put on it in the last year.

I really love this truck but if this dose not get fix. a for sale sign is going in it.

It looks for all the world like a vacuum leak.... (though I would think that would tend to make it idle higher....)

Try disconnecting all vacuum accessories (including power brakes), and plugging the ports. See if it idles any smoother.

Does the bobbling idle stop if you press the gas pedal a little bit? I would think it was the IAC if that was the case. You say you replaced all sensors but bad ones do make it to the stores.

when the gas pedal is pressed it dose stop. it will run if you let it idle for 10 min, and gos away, then it will dye on the road. And for the sensors, Ive replace the sensors more then 3 times in 6 months, there no way that's the problem. and im not droping any more money on those three sensors.

Have you tried the 'ol starting fluid trick? Shoot starting fluid while idling around anyplace that may be a vac leak. If your RPMs shoot up, you know you found your leak. Thats what it appears to be at first glance to me.

Check and see if the underhood lite, the glovebox lite, or the cup holder lite are staying on. They are known culprits for running batterys down.

Ok found the problem. it was the pick up coil in the distributor. The one sensor, everyone was stating that could not be the problem. Well this time it was.
