Default intake bolt broke off in head! need help asap

I am doing the plenum and all the bolts came out except for the front passenger side. it is fused and looks like its welded to the head. it snapped off and there is just a tiny bit sticking up. tried pb blaster and heat and couldnt get it. Ive never used a bolt extractor. I need my truck back together very soon. I need help on what to do. here is a pic. and does anyone know what size bolts they are?Attachment 19221

More penetrating oil and more heat. Looks like enough is sticking out to get visegrips on it . Turn it in(as in tighten) and out. If you can turn it in a little use a 1/4 " angle die grinder to clean the under side of the threads. All I can say is keep tightening and loosening once it moves in the slightest bit.

+1. and if that don't work get yourself some left handed drill bits.

Heat the bolt itself, then let it cool. Then try the visegrips again . But you also have to try and clean the threads a little that are sticking out below.

start by covering up the intake port with duct tape...

clean all that rust/grime surrounding the stud with a wire brush , then try more pb blast and heat... tap lightly with a hammer both the stud and the surface area surrounding it and make sure your visegrip has a good amount of ''bite'' left in its jaws

Keep the heat to the bolt as much as possible. Head is cast.

i would not use a easy out. most people tend to break them. like i said. get some left handed drill bit. they spin in reverse. hopefully while using them to dill out the hole the heat from drilling and the direction the drill bit is turning will take what is left of the bolt out.

If nothing else works you could drill it out and then tap the hole. Dont know if the intake has any room for a slightly larger bolt though. Last resort type thing
