thanks. I wanted fuel hose but lowes didnt have any so I found this braided hose, it is just as thick as the fuel hose. I will post the parts i used in your diy thread, zman.

As for the pressure drain valve on the bottom, I did seal it off. It needs pressure to open, but I chekced it with water and it slowly dripped out unless you capped both "in" and "out" air tight.

There isnt that much, just enough to cover the bottom after 2 days of driving (30 miles?)

Question (out of curiosity);
Is that the correct hook-up?

On my 98 (factory hook-up), the left bank(DS) goes to the filter housing... the right bank(PS) goes to the keg (vacuum).
So air flows from the filter to the DS, through the crankcase to the PS, and back out to the keg.

Shouldn't the catch-can be on the other side, between the right bank and the keg?
Isn't the PCV valve supposed to be a one way check valve letting air into the crankcase?

it is hooked up correctly. the pcv valve changed what valve cover it was in over the years. the pcv valve is kind of like a check valve and the vacuum from the intake pulls the pressure and blow by gases back into the engine.
