Default broken brake piston

has anyone experienced this before? my rear calipers were siezed up so i decided to rebuild them. 3 out of 4 pistons came out no problem but when i went to grab the 4th one it just crumbled and broke off below the face of the caliper. what should i do now? i thought i might be able to tap the rest of the piston apart with a chisel being that it was so brittle but i dont want to damage the caliper sleeve. any thoughts?

Maybe just replace the caliper? I don't think they're too godly expensive..

Could always buy them off an internet site. Might be cheaper even if you are in Canada.

im buying at just a local parts store. we dont seem to have huge parts franchises up here like the US has. the only one thats comes to mind for me is napa. what is the going rate for a caliper on your side of the border? might be worth the drive im only about 40 mins from all the big stores like autozone etc. no ideas on how to get that damn pistin out tho eh?
