According to the image online, yes, hardware is included.

That price is for the AutoZone near me, price could be different for the store stateside near you though...

Of all the vehicles and all the miles, I have never seen that happen. Any moisture in the brake fluid that could have caused corrosion?

Probably just a poorly cast part to begin with. That edge of the piston never sees fluid, at least... it shouldn't.....

No need to remove the piston if you are going to replace the caliper. But, if you REALLY wanna get it out, put the other piston in, hold it in place with a c-clamp, and use compressed air to blow the other one out. (don't be in the line of fire though..... and don't ask how I know that.....)

i didnt really check the fluid but the dust boot was all torn up. my wheels dont have a very big offset so the caliper and rotor kind of hang out right in the path off all water and debris under my truck. i would imagine that its pretty hard on the parts especially when we are offroad

here is a pic of what the caliper looks like now with the broken piston. i left them out in the rain last night so their a tad rusty.
