1 11/16" socket for hub nut. 14mm x 12 point x 1/2" drive impact socket for hub bolts. 175 ft lb torque on hub nut, 125 ft lb on hub bolt's(hope you have a nice torque wrench). I suggest you download the 2001 service manual from the FAQ/DIY section. You'll need other torque value's . Also use anti seize compound around hub to knuckle and all bolt's. I also suggest you remove the CAD housing, so you can line the shafts and the shift collar back up correctly. Download the manual and read the procedure before taking it apart.

Just fyi here, tractor supply carries the 1-11/16" socket but it comes in a huge 1" drive size. I had to buy the socket and a 1" drive bar to do my hubs a little while back. And i had to go to home depot and get a 3 foot cheater pipe to put on the end of the bar. 175 ft-lbs is absolutely ridiculous if you ask me. Needless to say, I dont have a torque wrench in 1" drive so i just cranked that S.O.B. down with the cheater pipe and put the cotter pin back through. good as new.

oh and be VERY careful sliding the shafts back into the axle tube...you do not want to jack those seals up, that is a nightmare to fix. I ended up taking mine to the dealer to have them changed (they were leaking when i bought the truck back in Sept.)
