Default Flushing Brake system

Anyone got a good way to flush the brake system on 98 model 2WDs? I have a BRAKE and ABS light on and have bled about a half of quart through the system. I can see some darkness in the reservoir and have a pull to the right. I replaced the caliper Saturday morning thinking that would do the trick but did nothing to solve the issue. I'm hoping flushing the system may solve my problems.

Probably something in the service manual in the DIY/FAQ section.

Jack up the front. Step HARD on the brakes. Release pedal. See if you can turn the front tires. If you can't turn one, crack open the bleeder, see if it will now turn, if it will, replace the soft line. If not, replace the caliper.

Did you replace the pads on both side's too, or just one side, or just the caliper?

which caliper did you replace? Its always best to try to push the pistons back to confirm if they are good or not.

+1 for checking the flex line.
