Trying to upload pics? If so, just host them elsewhere, like photobucket, or imageshack, and then link to them here. (use the image tags.)

Welcome back.

Edited your post a bit so the pics show. I just copied the URL, clicked on the 'image' button, pasted the URL in there, and viola! instant pic.

How do you like the tires??

Good Lookin' Truck.

Nice truck.

Going with 1.7 rr's will NOT give you the sound you are looking for, they don't make that much difference. So a cam is in your future if sound is what you are after.

Buddy, just so you know, doing a cam and rockers wont work out right. From what I've been told on DF before, the rockers keep the valves open slightly longer, which has the same effect as a cam, or something like that. You do one or the other, not both. But that's just what I was told, Im just an auto student, no expert lol

and where did you hear, or read this info? it is COMPLETELY wrong! im running both, and have had zero problems. running both just makes it act like an even bigger cam, which means more powah!

If you PLAN for the 1.7 ratio rockers when choosing your cam, they can play very nicely together. Just gotta watch lift numbers as opposed to what your valve springs will tolerate. The higher ratio rockers increase duration at .050 in. lift, and give you a bit more lift as well. (valve open further) The same could be accomplished by using 1.6 ratio rockers, and a slightly larger cam...... Which is actually the preferred method. (the higher ratio requires more energy to make 'em open the valve.) But, if you can't find the cam you are really looking for.... it is a viable combination.
