What do you guys recommend replacement wise? (it is 4x4 btw) has 35 inch tires, lifted. I know the tie rods are shot, but should i do a complete front steering replacement? Like the package available on the moog site? Or just start with the tie rods and see how it goes?

Inspect everything, replace anything that is even remotely marginal. If you don't like it, change it.
