Very little..... Headers, cams, CAI, rocker arms, tuners, that's about it. If you get REALLY lucky, you might find someone selling a supercharger kit, but, those have been off the market for quite some time. Just not a lotta support for the 8.0.
Welcome to DF!
Edit: Also, keep in mind, the 47RE trans behind the V-10, was rated for max torque of 450 ft/lbs. Which the V-10 produces in stock form.

Damn it. It's 2018 and I thought that somewhere along the way someone would start developing the stuff again. hmm I also stay in Michigan. And I was reading above there was a company known to mess with the computer. I know I Wana upgrade and add all the above. But I would like to locate the performance God's that were mentioned. Any help appreciated. Also. Anyone out there put a throttle body spacer on. And how is there take off. Is it noticable?

Throttle body spacer does absolutely nothing on a port fuel injected motor. (aside from lighten your wallet.)
There are a fair few folks that do tuners for the V-10, I think Hemifever does, there is also a company in Livonia, (which I can't recall their name just off hand....) that will do tunes as well. As for the hardware, Jegs, or Summit have what you are looking for.
Whereabouts in Michigan?

I've heard of some guys doing throttle body mods that are supposed to give better throttle response off the line. I don't know much beyond that with it, or even remember the names of the companies that do it. I'm thinking it was a few hundred bucks to do it.
I think Moe's was one of the companies.

I would imagine gearing plays a roll in there as well. If you have tall gears in the rear (lower, numerically) probably even less, with deeper gears, likely gives you a wider margin. (tire size figures in to this as well....) I run 33's, with 4.56 gears. The truck will literally push the house of the foundation, without much effort, but, don't try and tow a trailer at freeway speeds........ I can literally WATCH the gas gauge go down. (and gas mileage DIVES DEEP into the single digits......)

The other issue with the V10is that the cam and crank sensors are no longer made by Mopar and all you can find is aftermarkets. I know the V8's have issues with the aftermarket sensors. I have been meaning to swap out my originals(still good) with the spare aftermarkets that I have to see how they perform and if they do, just leave them in. I haven't really read anywhere how well or how long they last or if one brand is better than another. Just something to keep in mind before putting money into sprucing it up. I also know the oil pumps are hard to find.
