Default Can anyone spare a AC Line bracket '94 5.2L ?

Looking to find another it before the line connectors crack..

Changing the plenum gasket I completely trashed the bracket that supports the AC lines before it reaches the compressor. Then threw it out thinking I could just get another.

The bracket is part of the AC line. The dealer told me without the bracket it will definitely crack.

Checked local junk yards and craigslist... a big fail.

Help is appreciated

It the black bracket in the compressor side.. Sorry for the poor picture, I don't have the original.

The bracket is sort of L shaped wrapping the aluminum tubes to clamp them to the acc bracket

The black thing above the alternator? Don't need it... Ziptie the lines if it makes you feel better. Or get one from a junk yard for a dollar.

Hi Matt,, Thanks for the picture.. yes that is the bracket..

Honestly, I got enough stuff going on with my truck. The a last thing I need is the AC going out in the broiling heat.

If I still had mine I'd give it to you, but I threw mine away a year ago.
The lines aren't gonna move and cause your ac to go out. If you can't get a replacement, I'd just live with it.

ok thanks... being an old engineer, I usually didn't put stuff in unless it was absolutely necessary. I was expecting the same courtesy from the chrysler guys.. but, if consensus says not needed, I can go with that as well.
