All those heads I listed from Ebay are the newer improved style heads. They are the ones you would want to get.
Here is the list I posted in your other thread that goes along with your 360 also.
So as Merc already said don't waste your money in the aluminum heads at this point. If you did 1-4 in my list above you'd have a nice sounding & good performing engine.

Hop up your 5.2 or 5.9;
1)Headers-Long tube w/Y-pipe and 2.5-3" cat back exhaust
2)52mm Throttle Body
3)CAI of your choice
4)New heads-Iron or Aluminum
5)Roller Rockers-1.65 Ratio from Hughes Engines
6)Cam-Since you got new heads make sure your springs will handle the lift you want to run.
7)Intake Manifold-M1 or Air Gap

I would skip the CAI, and spend the money elsewhere, where it would actually do some good. None of the CAI's I have seen draw air anywhere other than the stock location. They might flow a hair bit better than the stock system, but, the air isn't going to be any colder. Putting a good air filter in the stock box would be just as effective.
And don't forget the tuner.
