You've already got a ton of stuff off....just depends on how long you want to have your truck down.

Well all back together...over heati g and leaking at the o ring. I think I have air in the system. It was too late to really look into it. I did not burp it, I'm sure it's my issue. Everything went good. I will look into it after work today..

Leaking at which o-ring? The one for the heater hose? If so, those are available (whole pipe, with o-ring.) at the local parts store in the "Help" section.

Need to burp it as well. You most likely have air trapped below the thermostat.

Yes, it was leaking at the pump o ring. Easy fix..I broke it putting it in. It was a new pipe and ring. My timing chain gasket keme with a new one also, so I had one in stock. Burped the system and all good. Long ride, no leakes, runs great, stayed cool and its hot today. Only distilled water and a tiny bit of antifreeze in there now. When I'm sure of no leaks, I will do 50/50.

Thanks for the help..now on to the non working A/C
