Checked for spark, no spark.

I have two coils and both test good.

Checked power to coil with relay in place and got batt voltage for maybe half a second.

I then jumped the terminals for the asd relay and got constant power to coil but still no spark.

Do you have power at the coil? (if the engine isn't turning, you will only have power there for a few seconds after the key is turned to "on".)

I didn't check it while the engine was turning, I'll have to check it tomorrow.

But I did have constant power to coil when I jumped the asd terminals, and I tried starting it and nothing.

Coil is new and tests good.

Got somebody to help check voltage while engine is turning.

I get batt voltage for half a second, then saw a constant 1.6v before trying to start, then while turning over saw 11.8v but drops to 10.8v and stays there while turning.
