Here is a master kit for the front. 234.00 bucks.... Look for the same thing for the rear.

So this is every single thing I'll need to change to 4.56s? What kind of changes am I going to expect to see? I know more power, but anything else?

It will take you some time to get used to it thats for sure, if you drive in snow go play in some before you get on the road to get a feel for it. I hated the 4.56 in the winter. I now have 4.10 and am learning those. Fwiw I would just get minor install kits, if carrier bearings are needed then get them at that time, no need to just replace a bearing if not needed, it would also save on labour costs. I have now ran 3.92, 4.10 and 4.56.

Edit: I would add the outer axle seals to this job.

How do you like the 315's and 4.10 Merc? Were those the gears in your new 8 bolt axles?

Yes the 60"s have 4.10's in them.

First basic info

Terrain is mountainous
Speeds averaged 80-90 kph
95% hwy and 5% city use.
Towing not with the 4.10's
Tire size is 315/75R16

At this point no I don't like the match at all, to high out of OD and to low with OD. With the 4.56 I could stay in OD and be in my preferred rpm range, with the 3.92 out of OD I was in my preferred rpm range. There is just enough diff between the 3.92 and the 4.10 to be noticeable. Towing out of OD with the 4.56 I was close to 3000 rpm (to much rpm) and in OD it was spot on for rpm but as you know we are not to tow in OD, with the 3.92 out of OD like you should I was spot on for rpm for towing and too low in OD. There are so many things to take into account when getting gears. The 4.56 were great in deep snow but get on ice and it took nothing to spin the tires, very hard to get the power down.

Edit: Change one thing to much in my list and this is void/NA

So would you recommend the 4.10s or 4.56s then merc? We get a good amount of snow here in winter and it's hard enough keeping mine on the road with my tires I have and stock gearing.

And yeah, i'll get the minor kits probably. Anything to help out bringing the prices down from 1,030 is worth it.

This is hard to say, I know were I like my motor to run at hwy speeds and that's between 1800-2200 rpm, I have much more power above that but thats where it likes to be when cruising. I think I posted 4.10 at one time for you.
