Yeah, I've done it to a couple vehicles before. Just have to break out the saws-all.

Gotta be a little more creative on the dodge though, as on your truck, two pipes come together at the cat. Need to be creative welding that up.

I think maybe I can get lucky myself and unbolt mine... That has to be the biggest muffler I have ever seen besides on a semi.

I'm just gonna get a replacement. I like the idea of cutting it off, but I'll just have to spend the money and put one on for my safety inspection next year anyway. It sucks, but it is what it is.
Found a pretty good deal on a Magnaflow replacement though.

^ Yeah that's what I'm sayin. It's a good deal on an upgrade so I come out ahead either way.
This just means I'll have to get new headers, and upgrade the rest of my exhaust!
