Default Still weird transmission problems

So I think I finally figured out what is going on with my truck after a year. Now that it is starting to get cold it is starting to act up again. I fixed the plenum, hollowed the cat, replaced o2 sensors with plug de-foulers in the rear, and it is still acting up. Here is a link to my original post; https://dodgeforum.com/forum/2nd-gen...ssion+problems

When I start it up it goes to about 2000 rpm's and sometimes stays there and sometimes drops slowly to 800. It is stalling and dropping the rpm's to about 3-400 when I go to stop. It doesn't die though, the rpm's will come back up. When it goes to shift from 1st to 2nd it skips 2nd and 3rd and goes right to 4th. If I start in 1st and shift manually it drives perfectly. Is this something to do with the transmission or could it be my tps? I've heard of some of the newer rams doing this and it turned out to be the tps. I've checked the voltage on it and it was all in spec. Thanks in advance for any input.

How did you test the TPS?

Gotta be an electronic issue somewhere. Have you done anything to the trans? Even with strange readings from sensors, it still shouldn't skip 2nd gear. That is all purely hydraulically controlled. (though, the governor pressure is electronically controlled....)

Something is certainly strange there.... Bad PCM?

I checked the voltage while going back and forth from idle to wot. The trans was rebuilt a couple of years ago with a shift kit installed at that time.

Digital or analog meter? Digitals don't react fast enough.... can't really get a good test with those.

If you can, test again with an analog meter.

checked out the tps and it is still showing to be in spec according to the voltage readings. However I lied, it's going into overdrive right after 1st. Not every time though.

I would be tempted to drop the pan, replace the governor pressure sensor and solenoid, and adjust the bands. See what happens. Sure is an odd one.

My trany just started acting up. My trans seems to skip 2nd and maybe 3rd gear after reving to 2500 to 3000 RPMs and reaching about 20 MPH. It will shift if it coasts down hill to 20-25 MPH too. The speedo reads "0" until it shifts. I seem to have all other gears. The Check Engine light is on, but its been that way for a year before this problem. Is this typical for a sensor / solenoid issue?
