What leads you to that conclusion? (injector pulse.) Need three things to make it go, air, fuel, spark. Air and spark you apparently have....

thanks for everything, I just found out my 23yr. old son helped me out at work he changed the dist. cap I LOVE HIM very much but that info would helped a ton! he had the wires 1 spot off on rotation. and it was the cap that made it die he just showed it to me it was junk.and i'm the one at fault for letting go so long thanks for your time Lee

Didn't see that the issue was fixed so disregard comment

I had a similar issue and it was water in the gas - put some HEET in it. Also you could pull and clean the distributor - moisture is a killer if its gotten in there.
